The Essential app from Odido is a business tool to easily set the accessibility of your fixed and/or mobile telephone numbers.
What features does the Essential app offer:
– Caller ID: choose between fixed and mobile numbers when calling out.
– Forwarding: set where calls should go in case of unavailability.
– Transfer: transfer calls to your colleague, with or without prior notice.
– Visual voicemail: messages clearly bundled so that you can easily listen to them.
– Availability status: check when colleagues are available.
– Manage caller groups: sign in or out.
– Business and private mode: determine your availability per situation.
– Company directory: access to contact details.
Note: This application only works if you have purchased an Essential product from Odido. Some features are only available if you have purchased a license for them.
