SECURITY
Security is particularly important to us:
To protect your communication, your data is always encrypted. No matter whether you are online on a public Wi-Fi or private network. Our app uses the latest encryption technology and is subject to the strict German data protection law due to our headquarters in Germany.
The mail.ch mail app supports PGP encryption of emails and attachments to prevent spying attempts by authorities, for example.
We rely on our own hardware in a high-security data center in Germany.
Of course, our app enables PIN protection to additionally protect the app from unauthorized access or if the cell phone is lost.
Your opinion is important to us. If you have any suggestions, questions or criticism, we look forward to your feedback. Send us an email using the contact form in mail.ch Mail or to support@mail.ch.
